1.2. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, i.e. i., the data subject. Processing involves collecting personal data, such as acquisition, recording, modification, use, viewing, deletion or destruction.

unless the interests of the data subject or the fundamental rights and freedoms that require personal data protection outweigh such interests.
3.4. The data controller shall store and process the personal data of the Data Subject as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:
3.4.1. Personal data is necessary for the purposes for which it was received;
3.4.2. While by the procedures specified in external regulatory enactments, the Data Controller and/or the Data Subject may exercise their legitimate interests, such as to submit objections or to bring or bring an action in court;
